Our Founder and CEO, Fiona Reilly

Fiona Reilly is an accomplished executive and non-executive director, and chair with three decades of in-depth, specialised knowledge in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse stakeholders at board and executive levels, including financiers, government departments, governing bodies, engineers, scientists, and other advisors.

Established in 2019 by our founder, Fiona Reilly, we have over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, including nuclear and renewables, as well as expertise in infrastructure projects.

Paul Murphy

Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of Murphy Energy & Infrastructure Consulting LLC and also serves as the Managing Director, Nuclear and Co-Head of Public Finance and Government Relations for Cross River Infrastructure Partners. He is Senior Advisor, Power and Utilities for KPMG, specialising in the nuclear sector.

Paul is an Affiliate of Nuclear Economics Consulting Group, and is recognised as an expert in the development and financing of nuclear power programmes by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), OECD's Nuclear Energy Agency, the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC), and the U.S. government.

Adrienne Kelbie

Adrienne Kelbie CBE brings diverse leadership experience across multiple sectors.

Recognised for transforming and modernising the Disclosure & Barring Service and Office for Nuclear Regulation, she now specialises in offering strategy, culture, and leadership support to boards and senior leaders.

Andrew Blackford

Andrew is an experienced commercial and legal director with over 40 years of experience across the nuclear and aviation industry. He has successfully advised and negotiated deals around the world, whether joint ventures in the UK nuclear industry, new contracts in China, South America or Australia, close-out settlements in SouthEast Asia or disputes in the Middle East or Europe.

His career has included, Head of Commercial for Cavendish Nuclear Limited, Commercial & Legal Director, BNS Nuclear Services Ltd and Commercial & Legal Director, Babcock Airports Ltd.

David Edwards

David is a dynamic, executive leader who thrives on driving purposeful growth and delivering strategic transformation for businesses. Passionate about driving accelerated value creation in organisations, Davids’ expertise lies in orchestrating impactful growth strategies and creating sustainable success through adapting to industry and technology changes for future success.

His career has seen him lead global teams, working internationally for the likes of EY, Baker McKenzie, and Mercer along with high-growth ventures, and private equity-backed firms across a wide range of industries.
